  • We are open 365 days a year

  • All drop-off and pick-up times, however, are by appointment only.

  • We allow pick-ups or drop-offs between 8:30-9am and 4:30-5pm everyday except Saturday: 4:30-5:30pm Only

  • Closed for any pickups/drop offs on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day & Easter Sunday

  • Late arrivals will be charged $15 for every 15 minutes.

  • After 5:00pm your dog will stay overnight and available for pickup the next morning. This is strictly enforced to respect our neighbors and provide a calm space for dogs to settle in for dinner, play & sleep.

Health Requirements

  • We do not accept any dogs with a history of aggressive behaviors. No acceptations.

  • All guests are required to be up to date and provide proof of Rabies-Distemper-Bordetella. We recommend a multi-spectrum flea, worm, and tick program similar to Advantage-Multi.

  • If your dog has recently been to the vet for any reason or been sick or injured please let us know upon arrival.

What to Bring

  • Arrive with your dog on a leash with collar.

  • Food for their stay (+ 2 days extra in case of travel delays) with appropriate measuring scoop. Raw will be accommodated for shorter stays under 4 days.

  • Do not bring bowls or beds unless pre-approved.

  • You are welcome to bring their favorite treats and 1-2 small toys. We happily supply beef liver & duck treats throughout the day.
